Kizz Daniel’s “Barnabas EP” Becomes First Music Project to Hit 100 million Streams on Boomplay

Six months after the release of his fourth studio project, Kizz Daniel becomes the first ever music artiste to hit 100,000,000 project-based streams on Boomplay.

This milestone was achieved with his “Barnabas EP” which comprises of several chart-topping singles and crowd favorites, released in November 2021.

The ‘Barnabas’ EP arrived a few weeks after Kizz Daniel dominated various music charts with the single “Lie“. Following the EP release, Kizz Daniel received positive reviews on the experimental nature of the project and it joined the likes of “What Have You Done” EP by Omah Lay, Burna Boy’s Twice as Tall and Joeboy’s “Somewhere between Music and Magic,” as Nigerian projects with an impressive run on the streaming platform.

Having remained on the top 5 Boomplay Album chart and dominating the top 100 chart since inception with singles like Oshe, Eh God and Pour Me Water, breaking Boomplay’s project based streaming record is yet another nod in Kizz Daniel’s career trajectory and laudable in his intent for global domination.

The 7 track EP which features contributions from The Cavemen and Kelvyn Cole with producer credits to the likes of DJ Coublon, Philkeyz, Young John, Reward Beatz and Blaise Beatz is currently trending on Boomplay.
