American actress, Megan Fox and her boo, Machine Gun Kelly have taken their relationship to the next level, as they announce their engagement.

Fox and Machine Gun Kelly, who began dating in 2020, celebrated their engagement by drinking ‘each other’s blood.

Megan shared a video on her Instagram page, giving an insight into their engagement access, as well as, how they celebrated their union.
